I have had many experiences with dealership service for past vehicles including Volvos, Dodge Trucks, and Jeep Wranglers. None of the dealership service experiences for those vehicles compares with the professionalism, timeliness, and pricing of Irwin. As I have to drive over 50 minutes for service, the staff is always sensitive to the fact that I have to wait for the service and expedites the process as quickly as they can. During the service process, I am also always informed of unanticipated problems that may be found and I am asked if I would like to have them addressed. There are never any surprises. Irwin offers a great service experience, period.
 
I bought a new Toyota from Irwins a year ago and love my car. Having used the same mechanic for many years, I was more than a little apprehensive about now having to go to the dealership for service due to the warranty as opposed to being able to use my regular mechanic. My apprehension was unfounded. The service department at Irwins is every bit as professional and easy to work with as their sales and finance departments and I love being able to schedule my appointments online. With my busy work schedule, I find I don't remember to pick up the phone to make that appointment. Being able to do it online makes it so convenient.
 
Service, recall and recon. Great customer service at Irwin, the best I've ever experienced and I've owned some high end cars from other dealers. Bob Abbott was great! Very attentive and professional. I have had some really loud noises coming from the front of my car. I brought it into Irwin and they told me it was my wheel-bearings. They had no available time slots until the following week to fix it, but Bob offered to take it and squeeze it in. After a few days, I received a phone call from Bob saying that everything was finished. I was shocked to hear that it was done so quickly, considering they had to order the parts for the vehicle. I came in to pick it up and was again shocked to hear the price. It was significantly lower than what I was expecting. He also took it upon himself to fix the recall gas peddle on it. I was very pleased. While I was paying, Bob went ahead and pulled my car up to the door for me. I highly recommend this dealership for all the friendly staff they have and the great prices. I will always look to Irwin first when buying a car!
 
I took my car in for service when my service light came on. I was met immediately at the desk by a pleasant gentleman who took my keys and explained what would happen and how long it would take. They kept me advised as to what was being done. Let me know what needed to be done. Explained the cost to me. Asked if I wanted this work done. It was done quickly and was processed quickly and I was on my way even faster than expected with less cost than I expected. I was given a graphic chart with what other things were checked and what the outcome was. I was very happy with this visit and will visit again.
 
Service (lubrication, tire rotation, state inspection) was promptly scheduled. I left the car and was given a ride to a nearby destination. I was called when the service was completed. I was picked up and returned to the dealership, all well within the time frame I had given.
 
This dealership is one of THE best that I ever went to. The service department starting with Ray Landry are people who care about your car, they can't do enough for you. They always smile, are very knowledgeable and perform their jobs superb. Thank you so much.
 
I purchased a vehicle form Irwins 10 years ago and was pleased with the service then from Gene Meier and hadn't had the need to go back until this most recent servicing of my truck. My experience was exceptional. The staff was very courteous, smiling, and very friendly. It was a pleasant experience when I had to take my van in for a problem with the door check. It was covered under warranty but the men there treated me as though I was the one paying out of pocket for it. They explained what happened and what they did and were genuine. I will for sure consider them when I purchase my next Toyota!
 
I have gone to a couple of dealerships prior to going to Irwin Toyota and I can honestly say the Irwin's is the most professional one of them all. I never hesitate to call them to set up an appointment and they will always schedule me right away. Even if I tell them that I am going to have to wait for the car to be done they do everything they can possible do to perform their maintenance work as quickly as possible but never so quickly that the quality of their workmanship is compromised. As a matter of fact, just yesterday I purchased from them a new 2011 Sienna and I got it for the price I wanted, which in my opinion showed me they truly do care about me as their customer and wanted to keep me coming back to them. This was my third Toyota Sienna and I plan to buy all my cars from them. They do things the right way for their customers. You can tell that it isn't just lip service, they live up to their reputation as a dealership that puts the customer FIRST and not one that only cares about THEIR profit margin. I know they have to make a profit too, but I think that if a customer walks away totally satisfied then they have done their job at securing a customer for life.
 
I brought my Toyota 4Runner in for 10000-mile servicing. The service person was very thorough and accommodating. At one point I requested clarification regarding the low beam setting on my high intensity headlamps. The mechanic spent about 15 minutes with me answering all my questions, corroborating the proper headlamp setting, and test driving with me. The service person double-checked my completed work and assured I was fully satisfied, which I certainly was. Finally, the charges for the service visit were very reasonable.
 
I have been here a few times for service on my truck and am a stickler for good customer service. They are excellent! Professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I felt very comfortable working with this team. I would go back for service and will defiantly go back to buy my next vehicle.
 
We bought our car at Irwin's because it is hassle free shopping. The salesmen were helpful and not pushy. It took us several months to make up our mind (without being called by our salesman) and when we were ready he was there to help us. Every time we bring our car for service they take the car immediately. Service is quick,

My wife bought her 1st Rav-4 at Irwin in 2002. Another in 2006. I bought a p/u in 2005 and a Rav-4 in 2oo7. The salesman were great. When we went for service they could not do enough for you. They are very helpful. We are very satisfied at what they do.
 
Another trip for services to Irwin motors. As always you are greeted by you own service manager {my interpretation} Ray Landry. He knows you by name, he's courteous, he always greats you with a smile and he knows his stuff. What a pleasure to go there for your cars service.
 
I'm very happy with the sale and service I had. Mike in sales was very nice and friendly. The service department was just as nice. Took it in 2 weeks after I got it, to pick up my second key, had a question about a noise in front. They checked it out and said it was from the after market brakes and said that was the cause. And some one else (a friend) who works for another Toyota dealership said the same thing. Then I broke down a couple of weeks ago, and they took it right in and fixed it the same day. It ended up being a burn hole in the coil.
 
My visit was for the recall on my Camry's floor mats. I was told to expect it to take about 2 hours, but my car was ready in about 45 minutes. Everyone at Irwin is always helpful and friendly and this visit was no exception. I have recommended Irwin to several people.
 
I needed my State Inspection done. I telephoned the Irwin Zone service department and an appointment was set up. I arrived and spoke with Ray (Don't know last name). I asked to have my battery checked as well and was informed that it was part of the inspection service. He offered me a ride home which I declined because I live only a half mile away. He telephoned my home when the work was completed, well short of the four hours quoted. I picked up my vehicle and paid the cashier. I was given a complementary car wash coupon. What could have been better?
 
I have done business with Irwin Toyota since 2004. Am very satisfied. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Irwin Toyota. I have had all my maintenance work done there. I plan to continue having all the maintenance on my vehicle done there in the future.
 
I have been a customer of Irwin's for many years actually more then 45 years and have always been completely satisfied with their sales and services. I'm usually negative about getting service based on experiences with other service centers. Was not the case at Irwin! I was greeted in a friendly manner, was explained how long it would take, was given cost and after all was done I was explained what was done. In addition additional check were done to assure my car was in good working order. A bonus is the Owner Advantage plan. Great experience I will continue to bring my vehicles there for any and all service.
 
The service department at Irwin goes out of its way to be customer friendly. They always check with me before doing any work that was not previously discussed. In addition, someone always talks to me about what was done after the service is completed. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and helpful. I choose to drive to Laconia to have my car serviced there even though I live in Concord. There is a Toyota dealer in Concord, but I much prefer to deal with Irwin.
 
Once again I had exemplary service from Irwin Toyota Scion in Laconia. From the phone call to make the appointment, through the drop off, service department phone call to report the repairs needed to the payment process and pick up, all the employees were helpful, friendly and professional. My sister gave me a ride over to pick up my car and wanted to know why I would take my 84000+ mile car to the dealership for servicing. My answer was simple, "They always do a great job, and I know I can trust them".
Everyone went out of their way to make this purchase a positive experience. I was shipping the vehicle to my new post in West Africa and wanted a good used Toyota and a 3-year supply of parts and spare tires. Everyone helped with the purchase, the parts, the spare key, assisting me with follow-up on getting the title in time, etc. The care didn't come with a spare key, so they made one free of charge while they packaged up the parts I would need for my 3-year stay abroad. While I waited I watched the customer service crew as they worked with all customers, and they took a personal and sincere interest in each client. They knew most of them by name and treated everyone as family. It was an enjoyable wait. They also have a great incentives program and a discount for parts for people who buy their vehicles there which made my parts purchase quite reasonable. They even threw in a free car wash coupon.
 
Service was quick and correct, employees were informative and helpful, and their price beat smaller local discount shops (I checked). Their repair department looks extremely well equipped and very very clean. Based upon my experience with their service department I expect I will purchase my next new car from Irwin Toyota.
 
I purchased my current RAV4 as well as my prior Camry Toyota at the Irwin dealership, and always have had both cars exclusively serviced there. The price is always better than fair and the quality of work is super. You're not just a number viewed as a potential scam target, but rather are efficiently treated as though they care about your car even more than they might about their own vehicle.
 
As always the service was excellent, the people very friendly, courteous and professional. the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. The car was detailed and looked like it just came out the showroom. Awesome job. would always recommend the dealer.
 
My Toyota Sienna was recently in for routine service. The service rep who assisted me was very friendly and helpful and quickly arranged for the customer service vehicle to drive me to work while I left my car for service. I requested that the service be completed by 4pm but received a call about an hour early saying that everything was done. When I picked up my car the same service rep who had helped me in the morning, once again greeted me and reviewed the work done. When I went to pay my bill I was told that I could use accrued service points, which meant that the service was no charge and that I actually still had credit on my account. Very "easy" experience.
 
I have a brand new 2010 Camry. I went to go to work on a cool morning and when I went to put the heat on it was making a lot of noise and I was very concerned. I drove to Irwin's without an appointment and explained my situation. I thought they would just have me come back but instead took my car right in and then offered me a ride to work. Wayne called around 1:00PM to explain I had a mouse nest that had settled into my blower motor causing the problem. He quoted $160 to fix it and wanted my OK before proceeding. I gave my OK but explained that I get out of work at 3:00PM and would like the car by then if possible. He said they would work on it immediately so that I could have it by 3:00. They called before 3:00 to let me know the car was all set. When I went to pick it up Wayne said that the work was actually less, it was only $129.75 which was great. I then went to pay and the clerk advised that I had Irwin Advantage points which then reduced by bill to $105.80. Needless to say I was very pleased with both the service and the courtesy way I was treated. I love the Toyota vehicles and have had quite a few. I like their reliability and when it is time to trade it in I feel they retain their resale value much more then other vehicles.
 
The service consultants and accounts payable representative are professional, competent, personable. They make my service visit pleasant! The hours of operation and local shuttle service make doing business at Irwin easy. The call back feature of service, when your vehicle is ready, coupled with a car wash voucher is a real bonus.
 
They are fast and always explain the problems, showing us the effected parts. Easy to get an appointment which is good because we often have to wait. great sales experience as well. Clean waiting room and friendly staff. Always helpful on the phone and set up convenient appointments.
 
Why? Let's see they are super friendly and very polite. The place is clean, they don't keep you waiting longer, and if something is needed they come and explain you to and tell you the difference in price and ask before doing it. Make you feel part of their family. Would refer them to anyone whether it is a new, used or just for service. 100 % satisfied customer here and will be for a long, long time.
 
My husband and I used to deal with another local dealer and we were never satisfied with the service or customer service we received, so much so that we switched manufacturers. We purchased a Toyota thru a private sale, since it was our first Toyota product we dealt with Irwins for the first time this year. Not only are we completely satisfied with the car itself (sequoia) we are also satisfied with the pricing and customer service we have received. If there happens to be a hiccup with the repair work the service team goes above and beyond to make it right!! Great customer service was provided by Bob Abbott and Michael Grady. Bob Abbott is friendly and helpful when I bring my car in for an appointment. My car was ready in a reasonable amount of time. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work given by Irwin's.
 
The service on October 1, 2009 was for lube, oil change, and filter change. Also, a state inspection. The Irwin Zone has a very efficient and knowledgeable staff. Irwin does try to keep the repair cost down as much as possible and offer coupons for service to their customers.
 
When I arrived at the dealership I was met promptly and courteously. The service people at the desk now seem to know me. Sometimes it is difficult to find the paperwork for my car because it is regisetered in the name of my trust, rather than my name. However, this time the person at the desk knew exactly where the paperwork was. There was a reasonable charge for a state inspection sticker. The person who sells tires explained to me that I would need tires before winter. He explained in detail my various options but I felt no pressure to buy them either at this visit or at a future visit.
 
IRWIN HAS A #1 SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE. WHEN YOUR CAR NEEDS SERVICE, THEY NORMALLY CAN ACCOMMODATE YOU WITH AN APPOINTMENT IN A VERY SHORT TIME. THEY ALSO SERVICE YOU WITH A CURRIER SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME FOR YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. I LOVE MY PRIUS AND I WOULDN'T HAVE ANYBODY ELSE SERVICE MY CAR. MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY 10 MONTHS AGO AND NOW IS MY RESPONSIBILY TO TAKE CARE OF THE CAR. I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS SO I TOTALLY DEPEND ON IRWIN TO TELL ME IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT THE CAR NEEDS FIXING. THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.

I am very happy with Irwin Motors. Although we have not purchased a vehicle there recently they have treated us like we are a favored customer. the communication is excellent - describing the work to be done up front and then calling with changes and cost estimates. I'm never happy with the cost of vehicle repairs but at least at Irwins I am given good explanations and the work that is done keeps my vehicle in good shape.
 
Once again--Great friendly service---I left a note on the front seat for the Tech's explaining how I wanted the tires rotated, and they did it the way I wanted it done. Employees must be happy working at Irwin's, they all have a smile for you. After the work was done the service writer walked me to the cashier rather just pointing.
 
I bought my Toyota Highlander 4 years ago from the Irwin Zone and have had it serviced there ever since. They are reliable, pleasant and fast. I was in and out within 45 minutes last week for a 5000 mile check up! When I bought my car they gave me a great price on my trade-in. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Recently I had 2 positive service experiences with Irwin Toyota. My wife's Camry was due for lube, oil & filter change. Not only a friendly greeting, but prompt service and she had enough service credits to qualify for "no charge" service! A few weeks later my Highlander Hybrid was due for lube, oil & filter change as well. I asked for an appointment and received one the next day. I had the same pleasant greeting from the service folks and a quick turn around on completion. Another fine job by Irwin Motors!
 
Since I bought my Camry from Irwin a little over a year ago, I have had only positive experiences in my dealings with them. During the process for purchasing my car, everyone was friendly and helpful. I had also looked at Camrys at another dealership, and I was not treated as well, and the price was not as good. I have had my car in for service at Irwin for 3 regular services as well as for State Inspection . I have been very satisfied each time I have dealt with the service department. I would definitely recommend Irwin to anyone looking for a good experience with a Toyota dealer.
 
My vehicle was dead in the morning when I went to start it. I called Irwin and asked if they could fit me in to replace the battery in my vehicle. They said they would fit me in as soon as I arrived; I waited maybe 15 minutes before they had my vehicle in the service area to do the work and then I waited approximately another 30 minutes for the job to be completed. Then I was on my way. The only way they could have improved upon my whole experience was if the battery and labor were FREE! They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service! Which they do, I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and service.
 
At Irwin's I feel very comfortable as a customer. They greet you right away in the service department with very friendly and knowledgeable personalities and make you feel at home. They have a nice waiting area with free coffee or water, plenty of reading material and even a TV should you wish to watch it. It makes the time pass more quickly. If there are any issues with your car that you haven't noticed, they send a representative out to talk with you so you can make an informed decision as to whether or not to take care of it then or later. They offer coupons for service as well as other perks, like free carwash coupons and reward cards for a percentage of the cost of your service. I saved a great deal of money the last time I went in for service, on top of the free carwash and a $10 Comp Card. I have also received Dunkin' Donuts cards at various times which have come in handy and were appreciated! They are a great dealership of "regular, down-to-earth people" who genuinely care!
 
Several of our cars are "older" and need to have great service in order to be safe on the road. Irwin's have a wonderful team of mechanics who give us a "heads up" on future needs as well as providing top notch care of our cars. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
 
I have been buying cars and trucks from Irwins for more than 25 years. Everyone over the years has has been very courteous. Sales and service representatives have been very helpful. If a lengthy service is required, they will provide either a rental car or provide transportation to where I need to be. The service people at the desk always call me by name before I tell them what I need. I would recommend Irwins for sales and service to anyone.
 
Service and staff have always been great. Early morning service and waiting for car fits into plans for day. Service tech explains what has to be done to vehicle. Fast, efficient and fair....cannot ask for anything more! Would highly recommend to others.
 
They are very friendly, they were quick and efficient. When I have questions on anything they gave me answers. They were very helpful also. if I need to call on questions they gave me answers. I would recommend them, to family and friends. Service dept was also very clean.

We have never had a problem with their service department and they have always been very friendly and accommodating by driving us to the Laconia Hospital in the morning and picking us up after work. In 2002 we purchased a 2000 Avalon from Irwin and with the help of Irwin's service department it is still running like new at 120,000 miles.

Excellent response to a request for an early morning short notice appointment for routine service @35,000miles. Vehicle taken in on time and delivered with ALL requested work completed before anticipated time. Service tech did keep me up to date as work progressed and spent time explaining all service findings when work was complete. Service waiting area was clean and had considerable reading material to pass time of day. An excellent exhibition of superior customer service by all associated with the dealership.

Staff is friendly, accommodating and professional, from courtesy car driver to service personnel to cashier. Waiting area clean, comfortable with amenities beyond most dealerships (i.e. free wi-fi). Good communication, no surprise fees, work completed as promised.
 
The gentleman who accepted my car for service was very helpful and took time to ask all the right questions. The two gentlemen who transported me to and from my home were very nice and polite. The service didn't take as long as I anticipated and my car was returned to me in great working order. When my car was ready for me, the same gentleman explained some things to me...things that I need to keep an eye on, but he didn't pressure me into more work or to buy anything.
I have leased 2 Camry's and purchased a 2004 Toyota Solara from this dealership over the past 10 years or so. I keep going back because of the helpful and friendly sales and service personnel and because of the quality of their product. The Irwin service department is excellent and accommodating of schedules. There are no long waits with appointments available in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase or lease a car especially a Toyota.
